Start your tour in Príncipe Real, very close to the five-century-old Bairro Alto, where you'll learn about the city's evolution and reach the São Pedro de Alcântara garden and viewpoint.
Largo do Carmo, Chiado
As you descend to the Carmo Convent and Church, you'll pass the Church of São Roque and admire its austere façade, gilding, and tilework. Arriving at the Carmo Convent, you'll see the top of the Santa Justa Elevator and admire views of Baixa and the Tagus River.
