Questions

Common questions, answered.

Is this tour available all year?

The boat to the Berlengas runs seasonally, roughly mid-May to September, and the island has a daily visitor limit to protect the reserve. Tell us your dates and we'll confirm a crossing, or suggest the best alternative if it's out of season.

How rough is the boat crossing?

It's open Atlantic water and can be choppy. If you're prone to seasickness, bring tablets and let your guide know. On calm days it's smooth and beautiful.

Can you pick us up from our hotel or Airbnb?

Yes. Hotel pickup & drop-off in Lisbon is included, just enter the address when booking.

What languages do your guides speak?

English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian. Message us on WhatsApp for other languages and we'll do our best to match you.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts. After that, the full amount is non-refundable. If a crossing is cancelled for weather, we'll reschedule or refund.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your card is charged once you confirm, with a full refund available up to 24h before.
